Pune: Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL), a leading manufacturer of internal combustion engines and power equipment, announced robust financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The company reported its highest-ever standalone quarterly revenue of ₹1,401 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a 21% quarter-on-quarter and 2% year-on-year growth.

For the entire fiscal year, KOEL recorded standalone revenue of ₹5,073 crore, representing a 6% annual increase, and net profit of ₹416 crore, up 15% year-on-year.

This performance reflects the company’s resilience and ability to grow consistently despite industry headwinds and regulatory transitions, including the CPCB4+ implementation.

While our topline grew 1.6x, our EBITDA surged 2.4x, and cash from operations rose 2.6x. These achievements lay a strong foundation for our next goal—to become a $2 billion company in the next five years through our new 2B2B strategy,” said Gauri Kirloskar, Managing Director, Kirloskar Oil Engines.

KOEL’s EBITDA for FY25 stood at ₹654 crore with an EBITDA margin of 12.8%, up 111 basis points from FY24. On a consolidated basis, KOEL posted revenue of ₹6,349 crore, an 8% increase, while maintaining consistent profitability.
